Steve Jobs? Mother Teresa? Tunku Abdul Rahman? One leader who has greatly influenced who I am today is my previous manager Kim Loon. I no longer work for him so writing this won't get me a raise or a promotion. I learned from him that you can always take any work situation with a bit of humour, and you must genuinely care for and respect your people.
