Sometimes when I advise people, they look at me weird and say "that's not gonna work, get real". They think I'm being unrealistic. But what is real? Everyone has a different reality. We live in the same world, but we all see it through different lenses. If you believe your people are not trustworthy and cannot grow, you will not see their improvements and you will only see their mistakes. This becomes your reality. I choose a reality where people can be better, and we expect better of ourselves and our people.
